We will discuss steps to prepare your home for sale including “staging".  I can recommend a number of vendors for any inside or outside preparation work of any kind, provide staging or, if you prefer, recommend staging companies to assist with a vacant home.  It is important that you understand the process of selling your home.  Therefore, if you choose, we will discuss the selling process from the contents of the listing agreement to review of the Regional Sales Contract and associated documents, as well as what to expect at the settlement table.
